Hurricane Season

Standing outside the only bar crazy enough to stay open during a hurricane, beer in hand fighting the 130 km/hr winds blowing sand, rain and trees, right on da beach! Then back to the hostel for beers, drinking games, wet as and no power!

I planned to stay 1 night in Fort Lauderdale but ended up staying a week! On the bus from Key west I met Forest from Texas and he planned on going back home to Houston but decided to stay, so we went to the hostel. ( which was a pretty sweet hostel)
There was a heap a girls from camp Chipinaw (Rach's & Allies camp) stayin as well (aussies, kiwis & poms).
Barby's by the pool, out on the town partyin every night, a tone of fun, sup gals good times, I hope you r all traveling well?

Forest brought a truck of this dodgy old dude and said he'd be keen for a road trip up to New york. Then Katrina hit so we stayed another night. Forest had the truck in to get an oil change and they found a heap of stuff wrong and that it would take an age to get fixed so he sold it to the mechanic.
