We made it!

The plane trip between Portland and Atlanta was LOOOONNNNNGGG. Everyone sat separated from friends in the middle seats. But we made it in ahead of time.

Unfortunately, a thunderstorm occurred in Atlanta and when folks got their luggage from the plane's hold in DC, it was a little wet!

The bus took us to dinner and then to the WWII Memorial which is near the Lincoln Memorial.
