My parents really want me to travel with someone from the program (and I totally agree with them). So, I'm traveling with a girl named Janet (I haven't met her yet, but she's a pre-med 3rd year student from Yale). I'm sure she's a great girl.
So together we're going to NYC then to Amsterdam then to Nairobi. I worked it out so I get a whole 24 hours in NYC on the way back home!! YIPEE!! More shopping time for me! Let me know if you guys want anything from the big apple. 😊

I'm going to Kenya with a group called Unite for Sight where we'll be providing free vision screenings and eye health care for the natives there. I'm so excited...we're going to be there for 2 whole months!!! This is a picture of my cutie pie fiance Mina and me. I'm going to miss him a lot (eventhough he already lives 1500 miles away!). I'm really going to miss my parents and brothers, I dont know how I'm going to survive without them for two months.I'm also going to miss all of my family & friends and my beautiful church and everyone in it!
