Fountain Valley, Southern California

After arriving at Long Beach Airport we headed to Costa Mesa to visit and spend a day with Donna and Larry (Donna being Holly's long time friend) and we all decided to spend the day taking a look around Fountain Valley, Costa Mesa, Balboa Island, Huntington Beach and Newport Beach.

We lived in Costa Mesa till the Autumn of 1993 before moving north to Cool and the Sacramento area, many things have changed in the OC, and many things have not.

As can be expected, many friends we knew then; are no longer there. We were glad to meet and have some friendly chat with some of our friends. Steve has not changed much, still friendly, warm and welcoming and always with a genuine smile that is more contagious than the common cold.

Also present were Becky and Pam. It was nice to chat with all of you and we are glad everyone is doing well; and hello to anyone and everyone we missed.

We had a wonderful time while in the Fountain Valley area. Till next time . . . and stay tuned for more of our Southern California visit.
