On the road again - almost

Arrived safe and sound in LA, survived long queues at Immigration, picked up our Kia SUV from Alamo Rentals, and successfully navigated the freeway to accommodation. Both felt ready to crash by that stage but forced ourselves to go to Wal-mart to get some camping supplies and something to eat. Had a coffee at Starbucks (Craig has had to put aside his fair trade principles) and the server mentioned that there was an Ikea store just down the freeway so I managed to perk up enough for a quick trip to check it out. Just getting our gear sorted out now so we can head out off on our adventure tomorrow. Both feeling very tired now!
