Our last day in San Francisco we hit Chinatown. It was Saturday morning and full of other tourists. Most of the shops seemed to be exactly the same. We did find a few good trinkets and some local art to bring home. We also saw the Chinese Barber who was featured on Samantha Brown's Travel Channel show. We watch alot of Travel Channel...At this point on the trip we started to feel the fatigue of being on the road for 11 days. I appreciate what rock bands and professional athletes do now. Instead of another tourist attraction ( Fisherman's Wharf ) we took it to an Irish Pub around the corner from our hotel. The pub had football on and a transvestite singing classic rock covers for us to enjoy on our last night. Sean Penn was on our flight from San Francisco to Houston which caused some hubbub for us on the way home.

11 days and 850 miles up the California coast, and we have made it back to Savannah. Thanks for keeping up and we are already planning our next trip.

Cheers,
Christy and Rich
