Valentines Day in San Francisco

Day three, the best day yet! Went with three of the guys I'd met (Adam, Uemit and Joe) at the hostel up to fisherman's wharf and rented bikes for the day. we went over the Golden Gate bridge and to the top of the massive hill on the other side. What an amazing view we had from up there! Well worth all the effort of the ride up there.

We then had a 'chilli dog' and got the ferry back across (lazy) to drop the bikes off. We went for a couple of pints in Hooters (on valentines day) . . . Brilliant! Went and had 'clam chowder' in sour bread. We sat and ate it outside the restaurant at the sun set with a saxophone playing on the street corner and a log fire burning a few meters away! So cool!

We then had a few drinks in the hostel at the valentines party before heading off to a wicked club called the Cat Club. Probably one of the friendliest clubs I've every been to. Met loads of cool people in there too. Went back the the hostel at about 3am and chilled with a few people in the lobby for about an hour.

Such a good day!

Sounds awesome Jose, Hooters on valentines day is indeed brilliant. Nice one. You'll be pleased to know I get little updates on my home page every time you do a new post, as director of football it is vital i know the whereabouts of all players. I'm sure you heard about the 15-0, a game dedicated to yourself (watch out for the video on youtube - you will love it). Keep enjoying yourself, don't do anything I wouldn't do...cheerio

Alright joe, it all sounds class. But whoop back to reality...did you get to see united arsenal?! Absolutely amazing, managed to get a ticket and it was one of the best games I've been to, cracking atmosphere. Lyon not to bad either. Newcastle tomorrow, 6-0 anyone...?! Anyway have a good one. James
