We're Engaged!

So today was the day that I popped the big question.

I had made up this entire scheme to have Rachel running around town all day on a scavenger hunt of good things from our past and it started with brunch at T's Cafe in Solana Beach, where after the meal I pretended to go to the bathroom and had the waitress hand Rachel a card with a puzzle in it.

Upon finishing the puzzle Rachel found out that she was supposed to be going to some place in Carlsbad. (It turned out to be a Spa where she got a full range of spa treatments) after which she received another card telling her to head home.

Once she got home, she had an outfit laid out for her on the bed and was told to get ready and come to the beach at 6:45pm. When she got there, this is what she saw!!! Me on one knee with a huge flower in one hand and a ring in the other with a large heart dug in the sand with "Will you marry me?" spelled out in rocks.
