Think of a Concours d’Élégance as the ultimate automotive beauty pageant, bringing together a number of perfectly restored or maintained autos from private collections. I guess everyone who appreciates fine automobiles hopes to attend one some day. The annual Desert Classic Concours raises funds for charities, and at only $35 admission it gives folks like you and me the chance to drool over some of the automotive world’s finest and most expensive creations, while enjoying the ambiance of one of California’s most luxurious resorts.
