Day 2 ! Max and Emily went to school today and we walked with Sarah into downtown Los Gatos, a little over a mile on a lovely walking path along the creek. We enjoyed delicious guacamole for lunch and were introduced to the Mexican drink called horchata - must learn how to make it!! Finished with fantastic cookies at Icing on the Cake! The rest of the day we spent at Sharks Ice Arena in San Jose. M & E both had lessons - we really enjoy watching them as they gain proficiency on the ice!

We're a couple of eighty-somethings who are thankful for our life together and making the most of every day. We will travel and have new adventures as long as we can! Our current adventure starts in California at the beginning of March 2019. We have bought daughter Sarah's 2011 Toyota Sienna van and intend to take three weeks or more to drive back to Melbourne FL. Lots of visits with family and friends are planned and we will "stop and smell the roses!"... full info
