Ok so we are offically going to EUROPE! After about two months of planning we are finally heading off to the many countries of Europe!!! Lets start off by telling the story from the beginning... First off was finding the perfect date for us to go. As you know we are finishing up our 3rd year at CSULB and we want to travel before all the schools finish. So it was either having loni move her finals up about a week or start a week later. Wellll.... we offically planned on leaving the week after finals.

Once the date was established, we had another MAJOR disaster... THE FLIGHT! Both of our parents had free airline miles through American Airlines. So, the logical thing was to use those miles to get a free flight to Europe. HOWEVER, we found out that we could get a flight over to Europe, but we would be landing in Paris, not London (were we need to go). That wasn't the biggest issue we had, believe it or not! Even though we found a flight to Europe, we did not have a flight coming home from Europe! We would be stuck in roaming

We went on a Murder Mystery Dinner Cruise with our dorms last fall, and we were getting ready to walk into the main dinning hall on the third deck of this old PADDLE BOAT!
around Europe for at least an extra week! So that idea was out the window, and we eventually found a flight through United Airlines. This flight could not be more perfect! First off, we leave from LAX and fly straight to London! Not only do we fly directly to our starting destination, but we fly out of our final stop... Amsterdam! HOW PERFECT IS THAT!?!? Everything seemed to start to fall together after we found our flight.

Now that our flight was confirmed and our trip was paid for, the only thing left was to get our passports. We had a little trouble getting our passports, because we could not find a place to get one. Everyone we spoke to kept telling us different places to get them, however, none of them were true. Well our friend Sonya told us to go to the U.S. Post Office. Well we did just that! We found an office a few miles away from our campus. We drove down there, and... WE COULDNT FIND IT! We drove around and still couldnt see anything. We actually ran into a mail man and asked him where to go. Taryne had never

We are both avid snowboarders and we went snowboarding the day before this past semester to kick it off! We went there and there was NO ONE THERE! This was one adventure for the books!
seen a mail man walking on foot before, she was so amused by him carrying a can of dog spray on his back shoulder. Well we went in and we became one step closer to Europe. We were sworn in and our passport applications were sent out!

Well now we are putting some fine tuning on our trip and we are going to go shopping very soon... MORE TO COME, STAY TUNED!
