When: July 4th
Where: Foster city
What: July 4th Fireworks

At the 11th hour, we dropped our plans to witness the fireworks at Eureka, 300 miles from home. But we just could not miss seeing the fireworks.
So, we gladly accepted a friend's invitation to view one of bay area's better fireworks(SF fireworks are the best, if you did not know) at Foster city.

With the little one, we could not imagine wading through the SF human traffic. But the best part of Foster city fireworks was it was by the lagoon & there was boat traffic. We've never seen anything like that & it was pretty interesting to look at all the residents commuting by boat. In any case, in Foster city, residents dock their boat in their backyard ie., backwaters from the bay. Lucky them!
