Friday 23rd January to Saturday 7th February, 2009 If Christmas, the 405 Freeway and American Beaurocracy are up there in my top ten list of life’s pet dislikes then there is one other thing that is pushing them hard for the coveted number one spot. The ageing process. Quite why the Good Lord, or the natural world if believing is not your thing deems it necessary to counter-balance the positive... Read Full Entry

How Do
Hey up Matty Amusing as ever. Dutty fwds the link to me - stick me on your list… Life’s never simple; most folk go to the supermarket (F&E!), buy food and go home. With you a trip to the supermarket turns into an adventure! Crap analogy but you dig the idea… Since the marathon, me and dut have put on a bit of timber but its been a bad winter and you can never be too careful.. Keep havin’ fun and my advice is don’t come back, I’m bored sh*tless…

you'll never get the nickname lucky!
......or maybe you will. Just caught up with your blog, the mexican thing must have been a tadge worrying. If you get a chance rent a film called borderland, based on true events in a mehicano bordertown, this will ensure you will never return! Glad Everything is going well, I'll see pip soon and let him know of your latest adventures.

SA Days
Matt the pig, i think this name will stick in my head till enternety. From the looks of things your having fun. You feeling at home? After traveling half way around the world(at least that's what it felt like), i made it back to Namibia for 4 days. Heaven on earth, moms cooking, braais(barbeque) and spending time with the familie. Could do that for a month or two at least. Now back in gangers paradise, pretoria, uni. Quite difficult after a year of working, i must admit. When i was living here before i wasnt fond this place, but somehow i have started getting attached to it. Yeah, we fianly have internet at the commune. You dont understand this is big!!!!!, were connected. Started playing in a soccer league, brutal stuff, but good fun especially after being able to run again after the puffing. Saying brutal cause one of the guys got his leg broken in the game, scared the s.. out of me. Still playing, did get decent shin guards though. The city is pretty crazy especialy after a 1'st world city, but its exciting. Got this massive house party this weekend. Called splash, its in a olympic size pool, with mega sound, and everyone takes a trip to another universe for the day, crazy but wicked idea. Leave you with that, All the best out in CA, chat again.
