Day 68 - August 22, 2010 - Sayre, OK to Perryville, AR

97 degrees at 10am in Sayre, OK. Leaving Sayre, OK headed to Perryville, AR to the Coffee Creek RV Resort. As we were traveling, Aleta got to see quite a few of her favorite things - - GRASSHOPPERS ABOUT 2 1/2 INCHES LONG. They were so tough, they hit the windshield and bounced off. I swear some came back again because the hit only made them mad. :-)
If you ever travel this highway, you MUST stop at the Pig Out Palace in Henryetta, OK!!! This place is an awesome place to eat. 101 degrees just outside of Henryetta, OK and went up to 105 at 4:30pm just before the Arkansas line at Fort Smith, AR.
