Corvette Museum
Bowling Green, KY We just ate the best ribs we've ever tasted, period. $14 a head for a buffet full of ribs, catfish, veggies, hush puppies, and fried southern-ness. And don't forget the cobbler.
Arkansas isn't too bad, kind of like Kentucky with one long street and actual street signs instead of numbers ("Go down to Light #14, take a right and you'll hit light 15..."). It's GM country down here, but I have seen more Toyota's than in Kentucky so at least we aren't too much of a minority.
Catching up on the past few days, we've stayed in the following places and I've jotted down a few notes:
Abingdon, VA - just a pit stop, nothing special. Although we did see two cows humping on a hill.
Bowling Green, KY - Ash's stop. We went to the Corvette Factory where we couldn't take photos and every time a factory worker has to pee, their name goes up on a huge support board and music plays. And you thought YOU were micro-managed.
Russellville, AR - Best ribs ever; did I say that already? Same as Kentucky only a little better. Not as bone-chilling cold and our hotel was nicer.

Corvette Museum! We're headed to Amarillo, TX tomorrow and too bad I've already gotten my BBQ fix. I'm sure I can find something to eat.
Here's our route:
