Hiked Pea Ridge Battlefield with a friend this weekend , Saturday ,also Lake Fayetteville Sunday with Laurie and Hickory Creek on Friday. That's approx 17 miles . Holding my own , just hope we can do the 15-20 miles a day week after week for six weeks . That has me concerned but not enough to stop the bus.

So we walk , we talk , we look and see the sights , smell the aromas and enjoy the moment. It's really the "moment" that I am looking forward to not the destintation.

I read somewhere about this guy who trained for two years for this trip and made it 300 yrds when his ham string separated. Can you image ? Two years! , sad .
