Up and on the road. Decided to travel through the Navaho and Hopi lands for a change of pace. It is wild and desolate at the same time. Did enjoy it. Stopped in Tuba City for lunch at one of the local restaurants and had a nice meal.

As we approached the turnoff to go to Page, there was a sign telling us to turn here for Page instead of where we usually turn. Robert googled and found out that the road had collapsed and was closed the last twenty miles or so into Page. Real disappointment because this such a beautiful ride into Page.

Got to Page and checked into our room and went to see if we could get the boat aired up. Robert hit on the idea of going to tire repair place and see if they could inflate with their compressor since our pump was not with us. We learned which things we should always carry with us between places!

Went had dinner at Dam Saloon and then walked across to the Windy Mesa for some live music. Had a nice evening.
