Rollie decided to ride (yes - in the midday sun) - but trail was longer than planned - we waited in the heat for a while!

On the way from Monument Valley to Canyonlands national park yu pass by the Mexican hat (pic didn't turn out well) and the Waterpocket fold is spread out before you in an invitation to learn more about the region's geology!
