Train to Whittier/Prince William Sound Cruise

We've been so busy that I've gotten behind writing about our adventures, so I'm just going to go back and pick up what I haven't written about. On June 27 (was that really not even a week ago????), we took the Alaska Railroad train from Anchorage to Whittier. This was about a 2 hr drive (the train only went 25 mph much of the time). My family currently lives in a small rural town in North Carolina, USA. In May 09, our 9yo daughter and I first traveled to China with my husband for his work . We returned home and traveled to Alaska for 3 weeks to visit my sister and her husband. In Sept 09, we returned to China for our second trip, and will be returning again.
