Visited Mendenhall Glacier today. Phenomenal 3 mile trail to Nugget Falls. It was worth the sweat ?. Explored parts of Juneau and took Rainy for a walk. Came home made meatloaf. Ate early so we could check out one of the breweries, only to find out they closed at 7. ???? To bed early - lots to do tomorrow.

Just entered South Dakota! First day of travel went pretty smooth. Minor change of plans this am. . . Had planned on taking my vehicle but at the last minute decided to take Mike's truck! A little bit of extra work - but I think it was the right decision. More room, better tires, 4 wheel drive for the snow that is predicted, etc.... full info
