going to Sawyer GlacierDay 5 The Tracy Arm Fjord - Sept 4, 2012
Got up this morning to see our ship go through the Tracy Arm Fjord. Luckily for us the rainy weather held off until we left the glacier.
After watching out the sides of the ship and taking many pictures of the glacier, we headed up to our favorite spot on the ship which is the Viking lounge (deck 11). Up there you can sit in very comfortable chairs and have a panoramic view of everything while looking out from the back of the ship. Plus another advantage is you are staying out of the cold. The windows never fog up there, so picture taking was great. As I'm writing this I just saw a whale!!
There was a sushi demo at 10:30 in the Centrum which I went to. It would have been a lot better if the seating was more organized for presentations like this. After the demonstration the hordes of people swamped the poor guy holding the tray of sushi. I did get a taste of it though because he did come over to my friend and I when he had 2 pieces left on the

Tracy Arm Fjord tray. It was fabulous and now I want to go to the sushi restaurant one day for lunch. Yummy!
We all went to the Slot tournament today in the casino. My friend and I decided to play and then at the last minute my husband decided to get the last seat and play too. He won $337.00!!! He was the grand prize winner.
Tonight’s show was Greg Bonham from Las Vegas. He sang and played the trumpet.
