Another gorgeous day in Homer! We have had excellent weather​ the entire trip. Average temp has been 58-62. Perfect!
Hung out at the harbor for a couple of hours. So relaxing to watch the many ships and boats .
I thought our next stop was Kenai (Kenai Peninsula Suites). When verfiing reservations today I discovered that is also in Homer! We are ecstatic to have 3 more nights in Homer. Love it here.

Just entered South Dakota! First day of travel went pretty smooth. Minor change of plans this am. . . Had planned on taking my vehicle but at the last minute decided to take Mike's truck! A little bit of extra work - but I think it was the right decision. More room, better tires, 4 wheel drive for the snow that is predicted, etc.... full info
