Had another excellent day in Homer. Hung around the cabin till early afternoon then went to the Spot to get more cinnamon rolls on the board walk. Checked out some more on the town. Went to Bishops bay to let Rainy check out the ocean. She LOVES it. Ran around and had a great time. Great to see. Checked out a couple of breweries then grilled supper. Grossed Mike out by eating a plate of oysters at the Homer Brewery.

Just entered South Dakota! First day of travel went pretty smooth. Minor change of plans this am. . . Had planned on taking my vehicle but at the last minute decided to take Mike's truck! A little bit of extra work - but I think it was the right decision. More room, better tires, 4 wheel drive for the snow that is predicted, etc.... full info
