Fairbanks to cantwell to anchorage

A fairly uneventful but scenic trip down. We saw another two bears while we were riding today and also a wolf just keeping an eye on us as we rode by. Around 22 degrees here in Anchorage this afternoon.

Hi guys...just to let you know I'm reading 'Zen & the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance'. Have you read it? The first chapters - riding across the US to Montana - would seem to be very apropos of your current situation. :-)

I bought it at one of last year's school galas and finally got to that pile of books...so pure co-inky-dink. Read it about 25 years ago...still trying to get my head around it. Is very much a philosophical view rather than travelogue. Will put it aside for you. I'm going to get a big map, stick it on the wall & try to track your movements that way. The blog seems to have snippets of map but I'm looking for the Big Picture! Loving the photos...keep em coming
