Alaska Range from Anchorage

Majestic Mt. McKinley is part of the AK Range, but the other mountains have their own beauty. Cook Inlet's famous mud flats are in the foreground. At low tide these flats are extremely dangerous to walk out onto and yet most summers a tourist or two tries it

View from the Coastal Trail near downtown Anchorage. When Bernard was practicing law in Anchorage, he often had this view from his office window. I say "often" as this mountain is so massive it creates its own weather and is frequently not visable
