1) Piracy continues to exist in the modern world because people in the country of Somalia still get into boats and hijack people in the middle of the sea. The reason why piracy still exist in that country is because there is no other way for the people to get money since there government fell in 1991.

2) In order to stop piracy the government the government hired security which is pay by united Arab Emirates and they have a army to stop piracy.

3) I believe that piracy is never justifiable because it harms people and teaches people how to get fast money without working hard . It is also not justifiable because it is telling people that is right to steal.
