1. Piracy is still existant in Somalia, Africa.

2. They have passed a law that allows to invade the piracy's bases ; whereas, before they could only fight at sea. For Africa's government they don't have the weapons and men to fight against the pirates making then inferior toward them.

3. No, pirates are exactly like thieves just at sea. They steal and kill afterwards making it a bigger crime , in my opinion, then simply simply stealing.
