Well, I´ve been settled here with my friend Dario (whom I know through salsa dancing last time I was here and we´ve kept in touch) in Morelia. I'm now working here in Haiti with an organization that I started volunteering with called SOIL - Sustainable Organic Integrated Livelihoods (http://www.oursoil.org). SOIL works to empower the community on dealing with sanitation issues from a holistic perspective. unlike the rolled versions in the U.S., Dario does them taco style in order to filled them with other things after they´re cooked (right now they only have beans inside)

4 for me please! 2 with the red salsa and 2 with the green, with sauteed veggies, avocado, cheese, and lime. i think this is definitely a new favorite.

i went over to visit and my host mom made me chilequiles rojos...you can never have enough! when i come back from WWOOFing to morelia again she promises to make me chilaquiles verdes...mmm...
