June 17th, we were on our way back to Saskatchewan for the summer. The flights with Air Canada were smooth and on time, and we arrived back to a warm welcome. We managed to get settled in on Saturday and then Sunday morning we were off. Supper with Friends in Saskatoon

we had a lovely evening with former teachers who remain friends

Our next door neighbour, she paints, sews and joins us often for a glass of wine. This petrid stump has been there since she moved over 30 years ago. She's created a lady in her evening dress, complete with pearls.

Linda's parents maintain the most phenomenal vegetable and flower garden. We managed to stop in and be able to help a little and enjoy some of their produce.

We just love our little house and yard. We planted 4" cucumber plants on June 20th, and got to eat about 30 foot long cucumbers before leaving August 9th
