Above Greenland. This plane is taking quite a detour going all the way over Iceland and Greenland and then following the american west coast down to Miami. Me and James we just continue knocking down the free beer courtesy of Martin Air and taking the piss out of each other. "Hey James look man, down there is Greenland". "I can actuaslly see a white polar bear down there running across the snow".
