These mountains are undescribable! Such a scenic drive again today. Lots of road construction. They take such a beating over the winter. Stopped in at Yukon Brewery, we WILL be back!! Haines Junction is a quite quaint town nestled in the Kluane mountains. Tomorrow we reach Alaska! We have met so many nice interesting people along the way. So much fun!!

Just entered South Dakota! First day of travel went pretty smooth. Minor change of plans this am. . . Had planned on taking my vehicle but at the last minute decided to take Mike's truck! A little bit of extra work - but I think it was the right decision. More room, better tires, 4 wheel drive for the snow that is predicted, etc.... full info
