I left from Calgary on Friday the 17th, very early in the morning. Getting up at 4:30 am Calgary time - but more importantly, 3:30 am Vancouver time - yuck!!! It was day one of a 4 day work pairing. A year off with no job, kids or mortgage. Just towering backpacks and each other. Where to? Southeast Asia sounds like a good place. But first we'll cross Canada from our home in Vancouver to Halifax. We'll make sure Elli the cat has a nice place to stay. Then it's on to Toronto for Xmas and Glasgow, Scotland for New Year.
