So we are finally going to Vietnam! After much talking and little planning, Thai and I are flying off to Vietnam and Cambodia! This is going to be an awesome homecoming for Thai, to see his relatives and grandmother for the very first time! Flying with us is Thai's mum Nhan, who is going home to see her mother and sisters.
Hope our travel blog will let you all follow us on this great adventure.

We leave Toronto on May 19, 2006 at midnight, on my very last day of working at YMG! Can I hear a "whoo hoo!" please??? :-) After a 19 hour flight to Hong Kong aboard Cathay Pacific we will get to stretch in the airport for 2 hours before our 2 1/2 hr flight to Ho Chi Minh City, Thai's hometown. The ipod will be charged, books are bought, ear plugs and sleep masks are all ready for the longest flight we both ever taken.
