A Test Blog - Almost There

So we are on the home stretch... Only 9 more sleeps until we leave. It has become my job (Lindsay) to learn how to use this thing as James is out working on a frozen lake. I was the lucky one and got to stay in town and work out all the the remaining things for the trip.

It seems like there are a million things left to do and yet nothing that I can do right now. the tax e-filing system is down here in Canada and has significantly restricted our funds leading up to our departure date and so some things have been put on hold until all paychecks are in (including getting travellers checks and the like).

We are taking our last doses of vaccinations this week. Dukoral may prove to be a wonderful in the end but I have to tell you, it is the most disgusting thing to drink.
