This day we decided to do the Manitoba Museum. I was not expecting much, but the museum exceeded my expectations.

We got a taxi downtown and toured the museum. It was well laid out, and very interesting. Definitely my type of place with a lot of hands on exhibits.

After the museum, we went and had lunch at a small deli downtown. After lunch we did a little walking around and headed back to the hotel in the early evening via taxi.

We wanted to get something unique for dinner, but since there was nothing close, we did not know what. The hotel suggested Salisbury House, and said it was a short walk. Well we went, and really liked it. The place was old and worn, but the food and service were great! So glad they suggested it, and when we got back to the hotel, we told them so.

This night, we would go to bed early because we were going to be on the 6am flight out.
