Well, its been a week already!! We have been cruising around Vancouver and surrounds checking out the sights and acclimatising to the cold! It has been snowing and raining almost every day! The snow hasnt been settling but it feels cold enough. We have been staying with friends in Vancouver, which has been great. A warm house, food, hospitality etc....

A run down on the what we have been up to....
10th - 12th March; boring bits and pieces, such as bank accounts, SIN (IRD) numbers.....ect. A little bit of biking around downtown, Granville Island and around. Saw the Olympic flame...
13th March; bike to and around Stanley Park, a peninsula bit in town. It has cool totem poles, statues....
14th March; Today the weather was brighter, so we cruised over to North & West Vancouver to Capilano Park and the Cleveland Dam (Vancouvers water supply). The valley was nice and steep and we wandered through Douglas fir forest. We saw 2 bald eagles, Squirrels, a Salmon farm... It was really nice to be out of the city. That evening, we went to the Korea vs Japan Ice Sledge Hockey game. It was amazing! I dont know how much Paralympics
