Mel and Mark
Self Portrait - getting into the North American Spirit we decided to try our hands at some pumpkin carving!!!
scary!!!!!!!! ahhhhhh!Well this past week has been filled with Jackolanterns, lollies (oops I mean candy), trick-or-treaters and scary plastic skeletons,bats and other ghouls in peoples yards!
Went to a great halloween mascarade party in the Vancouver Aquarium, where we partied with Baluga whales, Sea Otters and Super Heros (some of the fellow attendees costumes were amazing!!!). We did think the caters choice of food was a little strange though - SUSHI! in an aquarium!! The poor fish were shaking in their tanks at the sights of many people eating their friends raw!!
Anyway hope you are all well - it has been raining constantly up here (every single day!!! without fail!!!!) so if you guys need some rain down there in Aust I'm sure these Canadians can spare some. I doubt they would share the snow though - everyone is pretty excited as there have been some pretty good dumps on the mountains near by already.
