Day 2 Vancouver

Woke up after a really good sleep and walked to the office to apply for our SIN (Social Identification Number : Tax File Number). Apparently a million and one other Overseas Working Holiday people decided today was the day to do this too, so we were waiting there for about one and a half hours before it was done.

We then decided to take another random wander through the city of Vancouver, starting at the docks. We walked along the harbour and then up to Stanley Park, then looped back around into the city. Had subway for lunch (Buffalo Chicken sub- very hot!) and walked through the CBD some more. Found the nicer part of Vancouver, overall making it a pretty city. Feels like we walked very far. Shops are open til 9pm and the city is very lively, although we are comparing this to Perth so maybe it's just normal. Some nice cars here though, we saw a Ferarri, followed by a Lambuguini with a Porsche next to it, followed by some other pretty nice cars

Had a coffee at the Canadian Starbucks Rival - Blenz. Very nice coffee, and we both actually got what we wanted- unlike when we visit Starbucks, which by the way, is on every second corner (from just about anywhere in the city you can usually see about 2 different Starbucks, sometimes over the road from each other.)

Back at hostel now, going to get some sleep then get up in the morning and fly to Kelowna.

Hi Stace, looks like you guys are living it up, having a fun time in the snow. It must be pretty cold. What happened to the girl who liked hot summer days. I love your hair it looks real pretty that colour, its been nice to see what you guys are up to anyways, love bek
