This time Russia bound. Here is the plan: fly from Vancouver to Moscow via Frankfurt; take the Trans-Siberian from Moscow to Ulaanbaatar; take the Trans-Mongolian from Ulaanbaatar to Beijing; fly from Beijing to Frankfurt and meet W at the airport; fly from Frankfurt to Nice; eat too much and spend too much money; finally fly from Nice to Vancouver via Frankfurt; Phew!
