Me and Charles arrived in Calgary yesterday, after a delayed flight (only by half an hour). We managed to take a shuttle bus to the hostel. The hostel is not bad, I guess it quiet similar to most hostels.I have found that its very quiet in Calgary, shops dont' open till 12 on a Sunday.

You can move aross the city via these walkways that connect the buildings so you do not need to go out in the cold. Which it is about -5 to -10 in the day, thank god for thremal underware.

I am currently in the libary so i cant connect up my digital camera to show you all my photos. So i guess i will have to descirbe the city. It very big, snowey and has lots of generic city skyscrapers.

I guess i should be going soon Chaz is waiting. We are going guitar shopping in a bit, and maybe going to a museum.

That's not cold!
Hope you know that -5 to -10 is a very warm temperature in the winter! -30 or -40 is the definition of COLD in Calgary. Though winter's mostly done, just another month or 2 of mostly snow. With occasional snow till October, when full time snow returns! Have fun on GAP year
