Top of the Rockies

Breakfast this morning was a good sized buffet, however personally I concentrated on the pancakes, bacon and maple syrup!! (Big diet when I get home!!)

Once we had checked out, we ventured up to the Banff Gondola where cable cars flew you 3000m up onto the top of the Rockies. The views were spectacular from the top, with a short walk to the pinnacle. James made friends with a chipmunk who sat on his knee waiting to be fed! So cute!

Once back in the car, we gathered supplies and hit the road for the 5hrs to the Cabin.
