We call these birds "camp robbers" in the U.S - I've literally had them fly down and take food right out of my hand on multiple occasions. Looks like he has his eye on you just waiting for an opportunity!

We're planning a camping/hiking trip that way next summer and it's always nice to get impressions from other TravelBloggers. Glad to hear it lived up to the hype because we're heard great things about it too which only increases the opportunities for disappointment. That glacial water looks absolutely stunning. Hi, The lake looks awesome. This place is stright out of a picture post card . I wonder what is the reason behind such a rich colour of the water. Reminded me of Tawang - Arunachal - Lakes , Mountains, snow peaks - beautiful. geetha
