Flew into Dubai on 3rd May - again really really hot like Singapore. The driving is 100 times worse than Auckland, and the drivers know how to keep you awake!

Again managed to see lots and lots in a few days. Loads of shopping malls (lucky for us Karen's bags were already full!). Had a desert safari, went to an awesome water park (where Karen learnt to keep her togs tied on well!) and just had a good explore round the city. Amazing number of cranes there so will be interesting to see what the city is like in 10 years.
