A law that has been in the past for civilizations would be if a person has committed a crime they will be determined to be guilty or innocent on whether or not they can swim. The elements of SPICE it would change is the political element because political goes along with laws because this is what make a domain point to set punishments for people. And if we do not have the right laws or punishments than we will be unsuccessful in showing that we are serious about all of the punishments that are trying to be made. It would also affect the Social structures of people because a person can be high class and be taught how to swim and get away with any crime the person would do. However, the people that would be poor would not know how to swim due to lack of financial money. Therefore, the person that are less wealthy would die and be accused of crimes while the rich get away with any crime they would like
