Something I got out of the eyewitness account was the fear of the Armenians and how it felt when they were going through the situations that they were going through. One thing I heard from the eyewitness account that I listened to was that the person said that they rounded up all the kids that were younger then 15. Once they done this the turks threw all of them in a pile and began to kill them with swords and bayonets. The eyewitness stated that he was at the bottom and that he die from it only that he was stab with a bayonet in his cheek. This shows that the turks was really dehumanizing the Armenians because they didn't stop for a second to ask themselves what they were doing but instead kept doing what they were doing. This shows a lot about humanitanity in times of war and how we degrade ourselves to savages and kill others just to kill.
