Where do I go...?

I have 6-8 days starting July 6th to go anywhere; No seriously, anywhere....Cost is not a huge concern.

I have traveled quite extensively within the USA and some throughout Europe...; Italy, several regions several cooking schools. Spain for the running of the bulls and coastline from northern to southern, Lisbon for a few days, romantic week in Paris and south of France, Frankfurt, Ski camp in Austria ....

Considering Sardinia or maybe Athens or Coratia ... Like to relax but prefer a nice mix of some sort of activity (diving, cooking, touring or stomping grapes!)
