Hi all
Have been all around Rome in the last 24 hrs. Went to the Colleseum last nite. What an engineering marvel. Went to St. Peters Basilica and the Vatican today. Have been amazed at the lack of lines wed heard so much about! Vatican and Sistene Chapel pretty cool but not as swell as wed imagined. Now St. Peters, that was amazing. Its hotter than haides here however. lots of humidity and feel like dishrag by later afternoon. its off for siesta then back out on the streets in search of more sights and yummy food.
