Ditto on the kefir!
As a kid I burnt my back from swimming too much in the Mediterranean to the point where even thinking about wearing a shirt was out of the question. We also got the advice to use unflavoured yoghurt and it worked like a charm.

waiting for an update!
When is there going to be another blog? I just read your comment on one of the forum topics....looking at your stats etc. I guess I'm one of them. I look for a new blog every couple of days. I like your writing and photos. The fact that you are in Ukraine caught my eye. My great grandparents came from Ukraine in the 1890's. I (unfortunetly) don't speak the language, just the odd word here and there when someone is talking. I must say that the old babunias or babushkas were/are much nicer and gentler here. I'm glad all the old 'bags' didn't immigrate here!! Take care.
