Went to Liverpool in February to see a Canadian band touring through the U.K.

Took in some sights before the show. The Albert Docks. Once the busiest port in the world, and one of the main maritime hubs of the British forces during the world wars.

Just south of the Docks will be Liverpool FCs new home grounds.

That old iconic image of the Mersey river - a Tesco's bag floating in it. Hardly the 'Mersey Paradise' described by The Stone Roses.

Show time. This Finnish guy's mohawk kept blocking my view, but he bussed it from Helsinki to catch the show, so I put my scissors away.
