Longest passage since arriving in UK – 55miles, Dartmouth to Weymouth. Nice sail for a lot of the trip, but also lots of motoring as there really wasn't much wind. As we were coming round the point, just before Weymouth, we were greeted by a massive pod of dolphins. Haven't seen anything like it since the Azores!! They were all jumping right out of the water, sometimes in tandem, sometimes doing side flips, as they jumped, they would then slap their tail in the water making huge splashes. Maybe they were fishing as well as playing?? Really haven't seen a display like that before.

Moved to another berth where we can stay full time now. Much easier to get into. Went to explore the town and had an amazing Chinese lunch for just 5.70pound each!! cheapest meal we've had since arriving. There is a cinema here, so who knows...maybe tomorrow when it supposed to be raining all day.....
Heather from the office came down to the boat to see if she could take a photo of us and ask a few questions to post on their facebook page. Sure enough, shortly after,
there we are on the Weymouth Marina Facebook page. Funny!!
